# Circuit Breakers World can pause markets during periods of extreme, unexplained volatility to allow traders time to manage collateral and avoid unnecessary liquidations. World has **not** yet implemented a robust framework for which a circuit breaker could be triggered, so at the moment, they cannot be trigger.
